Welcome to the Nmarket Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting our platform.

1. Eligibility

To join the affiliate program:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must own or manage a platform, website, blog, social media account, or any legal marketing channel.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application without providing justification.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Nmarket honestly and ethically.
• Not make false claims about Nmarket services or mislead users.
• Avoid spamming or using unauthorized paid ads using the Nmarket brand name or domain.
• Use only the provided or approved banners, links, and content.

3. Referral Tracking

• You will be provided with a unique referral link to track user registrations and purchases.
• Affiliates will only earn commissions on valid, trackable referrals through their unique link.
• Any manipulation of tracking links may lead to disqualification.

4. Commission & Payouts

• Commission rates and payout structures will be communicated upon approval or can be viewed in your affiliate dashboard.
• Payouts are made monthly once your commission balance reaches the minimum threshold.
• Payments are processed via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
• Fraudulent, canceled, or refunded orders will not qualify for commissions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• Use Nmarket branding in domain names, paid ads, or impersonate Nmarket.
• Promote Nmarket on adult, illegal, or hateful content platforms.
• Use misleading messages or impersonate Nmarket staff.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and promotional materials remain the property of Nmarket and may only be used in accordance with our guidelines.

7. Termination

• You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us via email.
• Nmarket may also terminate your account at any time for violations or inactivity.
• Upon termination, any unpaid commissions from ineligible referrals will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nmarket will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or issues arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the revised terms.
